US orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days. EU orders arrive in 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship to Europe?
Yes. We ship to the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and most EU countries. Shipping takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.

Yes — we offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the size you need.

How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Most styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What size is the model wearing?
Model measurements and the size worn are listed on each product page.

Is the fabric see-through?
Lining details are listed on each product page. Most of our dresses are fully lined.

How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Most styles recommend hand wash cold or a delicate machine cycle. Do not tumble dry.
