Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to Track

1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Floravincie.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier’s website.
3. If you checked out with a Floravincie account, you can also view your order status by logging in at account.floravincie.com.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom & EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking information is not updating, please contact us at hello@floravincie.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
