A. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer global flat-rate shipping to all countries.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
United States:

Standard/Free Shipping: 3-5 business days delivery
Other Countries:

Standard/Free Shipping: 7-10 business days delivery

Express Delivery: 4-7 business days delivery (Additional charge may apply)
Order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Hong Kong Standard Time (HKST). Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
C. ORDER PROCESSING
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact customer service via email at sunny@floravincie.com with the recipient’s information.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification email.
Processing time does not include delivery time. If you do not receive the shipping notice within 24-72 hours after order confirmation (especially during peak season), please contact our customer service team to check the status.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we are happy to cancel it. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your parcel is damaged during delivery, please reject the package if possible and contact customer service immediately.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us with evidence and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Important: Please take photos of the damaged parcel and provide all supporting evidence for your claim.
G. TAX AND DUTIES
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to all countries. This means that any relevant import taxes and duties are already included in the product price—no additional fees upon delivery.
